Gossip and rumors??

Hey people!
It's Emma( what a suprise!)
To make up for not being there much I decide to do two posts in a row.
Today we are going to be talking about something that is related to yesterday's post.
It's gossip and rumors.
Let me get this straight: don't gossip and don't start rumors!!
If you are unsure about saying something just go ask the person if it is true or not,  because believe it or not we can't always trust our friends:/

If someone comes up with one about you, shake it off and ignore it. Although it might be hard, it'll be worth it in the end. If someone questions you about it, simply tell him/her in a firm, but polite voice that the rumor isn't true and leave him/her to create his/her own conclusions. Avoid exploding and cursing in public if you have anger issues, for a cursing, bad-tempered girl is not attractive.
If someone insults you, laugh it off. That person is only trying to make you feel bad about yourself and if you feel hurt, you're letting him/her win. If you give the mean person no reaction, he/she will find you boring to insult and won't bother you.
Know how to stand up for yourself without offending or hurting anyone with insults.

That's pretty much it for today!

Should you be:mean? or nice?

Hey buddies!
Emma here:)
So sorry I haven't been able to post much but I promise that is over.
I am starting a new blog series called: who should you be?
It's where I'm going to take two personality's and see which one you should be.
Today I'm going to talk about if you should be mean or nice?
Now the right answer should be nice but there has been quite some controversy on if being known as a good two shoes can ruin your reputation.

Personally what I think is that you should be nice to your friends but be more neutral towards other people so that nobody can ever say you we're mean to them.
Also try not to swear too much. Saying frig or crap once in a while is fine but don't go around say the f-word.
Never ever ever start getting super angry and start cursing and yelling. It is not pretty and nobody really cares. If somebody starts getting on your nerves just walk away and take some deep breaths.

Hope these tips helped!
I know it might be hard at first but it will make you a better person all around:)

Your voice?!

Hi it's Emma here!
Today I am going to be talking about your voice.
Sounds a bit funny right?
Well to brighten up your perspective here are a few examples like if you talk to loud people are going to have to cover their ears and if you talk to softly people are to have to ask you to repeat yourself and we all know how annoying that is.
Know that you see it in my perspective, those who talk too loud or too softly keep on reading.
If you have trouble talking in class or to others, spend 10-25 minutes in front of a mirror talking to yourself and practicing conversation. Although this method might sound strange, it'll boost your confidence in speaking naturally with others.
One last tip is to avoid having a baby voice.
Hope these tips helped

Friends: who should they be?

Hey guys!
It's Emma!
Today  I am going to be talking about friends.
But because there is so much to cover when it comes to friends that I will have to break it into pieces or posts should I say.
So you should have a circle of friends which I guess is kind of obvious. People have different opinions on if  you should be friends with everybody and I somewhat agree to that but people also have to think they have to work to be your friend and I know that sounds mean but if you see it in my view when you are an it girl it will all make sense.
Your friends should be people that:
You feel comfortable talking to and you know that they won't tell your secrets.
Encourages you ,doesn't put you down( who wants a friend like that?!)
Doesn't do peer pressure but encourages you to try new things
Remember your friends can't be perfect so don't correct them on there every move.

Hope these helped!

Confidence!

Hey guys!
Emma here with a post about: confidence!
Confidence is when somebody walks into a room and owns it, they have a smile on their face and don't care about what other people think about them. And yes you can tell all that by the way they walk into a room.
Practice this at school and with your friends by smiling naturally and waving to people you know and saying, "Hi". Excellent posture - shoulders back, tummy in, and your butt very slightly out - while moving gracefully will also help maintain and boost that confidence in yourself. However, make sure your smiles aren't fake and that you don't look clumsy.
For other people to think you have confidence you have to have confidence in yourself!
To gain confidence find something you really like to do and then try your best at it.
I gained my confidence by dancing, but dancing isn't the only way to gain confidence you have to do something that suits your personality.
Hope I helped!
Don't forget to check often for new posts.

Hi I'm Emma:)

Hi guys!
I'm Emma, the girl that's going to teach you about being an it girl.
But to be an it girl you have to know what she does:
An it girl never seems to care about what people think about her even if she actually does.
It girl's don't follow the crowd, they make their own.
And every school has one it's either in a school a grade or a class.
There's more to being an it girl than that but it would be hard to say on 1 page which is why I made this blog!
I will try to post once every 3 days but for now I will be posting more than usual because there are so many things I want to talk about!
If you have any suggestions or comments feel free to put them in the comments, I will reply to you as soon as I can:)
